Risk disclosure

Draft, 15 September 2026. Pending legal review.

Memecoins can go to zero

A coin has no value beyond what the next buyer pays. You can lose everything you put in.

The stock moves too

A coin quoted in a stock token is priced in that token. When the stock falls, your coin's value in dollars falls with it.

Third-party stock tokens

Third parties issue the stock tokens oddlot uses as quotes. oddlot does not control them, and a change on their side affects each coin quoted in them. Stock price feeds stop over weekends.

Unaudited contracts

No audit of the oddlot contracts has been completed. A bug can lose funds.

Launch rules

Trades in a coin's first 3 blocks pay a 99% tax. While a coin trades on its curve, a buy that would take a wallet above 3% of supply fails. Some coins restrict transfers to known exchange deposit addresses.

One sequencer

Robinhood Chain runs a single sequencer. If it stops, nobody can trade.

Phase 2 is not live

oddlot's own stock tokens and proof of reserves are plans. They do not exist today.

US persons

oddlot is not available to US persons.
