You must not be a US person, and you must not use oddlot from the United States or from any place where it is illegal for you.
oddlot is software: this website and smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. Anyone can use them to launch and trade memecoins quoted in stock tokens issued by third parties. oddlot does not hold your funds and does not give advice.
Each trade pays a 1% fee. The contract sends 70% of it to the coin's creator and 30% to the protocol.
You sign each transaction in your own wallet. Transactions on a blockchain are final. You are responsible for your taxes and for what you launch.
Do not launch coins that impersonate a person or a company or that infringe someone's rights.
The software comes as is. No audit of the oddlot contracts has been completed.
The site does not ask for your name. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on chain. If you send us a message through the site, we use your email to answer it.
We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
